Mother on the workmarket

The study summarizes the most significant, whereas the most flexible economic acitivities of mother on maternity leave, from which the decision goes often to enterpreneurship. The study informs about the possibilites of worklife ballance of mother in minorities, compares with international comparative study and demonstrates international trends and economic modells in society, presents the childrens welfare and the effects of early mother jobs on them. According to regional possibilites in working environment it deducts the facts from women perspective.
